Flying Ace Express Car Wash

The location is always well staffed and clean. They are very professional and the best car wash I have ever used. The vacuum area is always working great and they have 2 vacuums. 1. Normal for regular clean. 2. Thin head for the hard to get to spots in your car. All the vacuums work great and the whole area is clean and all the vacuum are in top working order all the time. They have one lane for cars to go through if your not a member and someone is always attending to help customers and anouther lane for members only so we don't have to wait and can get through fast when we go through the wash. It's a well oiled machine!!

This is a joke. I have been charged $204 for 3 washes. You can not get ahold of anyone. I have been trying to contact them for the last 5 months. No return email and no return call. I called the first time and there was a recording saying there was a charge on my account of $40 th as the c would be reimbursed. Never was reimbursed and have continually been charged every month.

I can't say enough good things about your employee Alejandro he literally could be the face of the franchise. Always in a good mood always working hard and happy to see you every time. Keep up the great work and you'll be running this operation !

Everything went well until I decided to cancel my Unlimited membership. The site claims "it can't find my account associated with my phone number", yet it sends me numerous texts attempting to charge my card. I showed up in person just to be told they can't cancel on their end. I'm currently waiting on what seems like an infinite hold to get a customer service rep on the phone. Don't get a membership here. They'll make it extremely difficult to cancel and it's definitely by design.

Great place but hidden, I should have turned into the first parking lot but googled me to tri county parkway. I wanted to find an automated car wash with the weather besides Mike's, googled me to the car wash by home depot at bridgewater falls. I always seen it but never been when I got there I looked at the price, it was $18 for unlimited for 2 months ( black Friday) I couldn't believe it. I got the unlimited with ceramic, can you believe it. Once people get hip to this car wash and they keep the prices like this Mike's will be a thing of the past. I seen there was 1 on Kemper 2 miles from my house, closer than Mike's, I just wish I could get my Ford transit in there but I don't think I have the clearance, I know I don't at bridge water falls, I need 9' hopefully they read this review and
