When in the other day, looking for a part, there was five people working one was trying to help me. Didn’t really know what he was doing, and the other four were just chitchatting and acting dumb. And in there conversations I could hear them cussing and joking amongst themselves. It was very frustrating to listen to that especially in a professional place. The worst customer service ever customer service should be priority, they need more training on Customer Service and more skill when you are greeting and asked how we can be helped that make a difference. When that happens we as customers won’t care how much a part will cost. We are being treated with respect kindness and that’s what sells.

The employee were friendly and patient on helping us find what we were looking for

Ordered parts online and the quantity was off, which happens. The store ordered me a set to get the ones replaced, then they charge me again for them and they ordered the wrong ones and didn't want to refund the money. Then returned the wrong ones for the upgraded and they were rude young kid's that didn't want to do anything to help the customer. They need to hire someone who has better customer service from the manager down.

Awesome service! Dead battery and Fernando Palencia came out to help get me down the road. Really appreciate it and will definitely use them if I need any future help.
