Commercial Tire

I went to get an oil change and my tire sensors checked I asked to have one of the two non working sensors replaced now none work. Upon checking my cabin air filter, my registration along with other documents and items that were in my glove box were all left on the floor. Lili at the front desk was very kind when I got there And Communicative with updates and inquiries, however, the gentleman who helped me at the end mention that one sensor not working But that it may work after driving it a bit(not all of them) It is now the next day and none of them works still

I bought my tires at Discount Tires. I have them rotated regularly. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Service is fine in a reasonable amount of time. .

The prices for certain types of work/products arent too bad, they typically have lower prices than les schwab. It kind of blows that they don't always do an install if you bring your own parts due to warranties (theyll do it for brakes and rotors though- if youre okay without a warranty). The warranties are nice as well. They give you about a 3 month warranty for realignments and tires have warranties too. Overall they're a pretty decent place to get work done and their staff has always treated me well.

I am a very particular consumer. After disclosing my expectations, they gladly complied. I must say that Lillia is outstanding and one of the main features of their customer service.
