I went in for a radiator flush, upon pickup I was told I had received an engine flush, paid even though it wasn’t the service I initially when in for. Upset over the whole situation I slept on what I should do. The following morning Angela, the manager called me for the miscommunication and human error that occurred the previous day that I could bring my car in at my earliest convenience so they could do a radiator flush. Took it in that same day and got my vehicle by the end of the business day. Highly recommend!!

I'd give zero stars if I could. Took my car in agreed on a set price of $180 to fix it. The next day I got a call from them saying that I owed $700 more for the extra work they had done without telling me beforehand. I felt violated. I do not recommend to anyone.

I brought my 1984 Chevy Blazer to Tony after installing a 400 SBC that he went through prior to adjusting the timing as it was backfiring on idle. He had my vehicle for 4 weeks and couldn't get it running correctly. It was actually running worse when he told me to come and get it. He kept blaming other things on the vehicle that were unrelated. Luckily I knew better and demanded a refund. Took it to Hi-Way Auto and Dave and his guys got the timing dialed in and tuned the motor to run perfect for 1/2 of what Tony was charging. I would not recommend Tony's Tune Up to anyone. They have no idea what they're doing and in the end you'll end up paying for his mistakes.

Called to get a diagnostic price for my car they said $120. Ok set a date took it in. They called to let me know what’s wrong with my car and that it would be $2,700 to repair and also it’s goin to more then $120 for the diagnostic now it’s now $360 wow how did it triple in price. I can’t take my car until it’s paid in full. These people are straight up jackers. The lady that called couldn’t even tell me what was wrong with my car I basically had to tell her what it was doin for her to even think of what lie to tell me well what diagnostic to even tell me after. They lie about their prices to get u in and once ur car is there they will charge u more and won’t give u ur car back until u pay so at this point u have no choice but to pay. Charge way too much for the work they do. Had confidence in this shop for a few years but now they just lost their ways. Can’t figure out a PO0420 check engine light out. Keep taking car back and after spending $3500 on catylic converter and O2 sensors the light still comes on. Car is worse off than when I took it in. I don’t mind spending money, but when they can’t back up their work it’s time to find someone else. DON’T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! Unless you need an oil change or tune up. I think they’re competent enough to do that 😂. There front desk manager does a good job. Thanks for taking my money Tony. Your welcome. I never write reviews but these guys are something else.
