AutoZone Auto Parts

Went there yesterday after a faulty battery in my wife's car that I bought here 6 months ago. Sylvester was extremely helpful and laid back, made it incredibly easy to just swap it after him running a scan and he gave me a new one in a matter of minutes. Possibly the best customer service I experienced at this store in the 5 years I've been coming here since moving to Lakeview Terrace. Before Sylvester, the only reason I came to this store was after doing my own research, making sure they sell what I need and I even do my own cross reference in parts because lets be honest, people here asked me if my car was a 4x4 when I needed windshield washer fluid LOL... great job Sylvester!!

I recently had a flat tire and could only make it to this parking lot. I didn't even know that there was an Autozone in this plaza since i am not from this area. It was almost closing time and I was frantic, I ran into the store to see if I could find help, only to lern that Autozone does not help with flat tires. However, Maura gladly extended her help, and even stayed past closing time, just to make sure that I would get home safe. This really meant a lot to me and her professionalism and compassion really struck me in a positive way. What an amazing person! Also, Eddie helped me as well, and they both treated me like human beings. I really wanna give them the credit that they deserve, and even if I didnt need the help that I needed that day, I know that they would have been exceptional

Great service every time! The staff at this AutoZone are super helpful and know their stuff. One of the managers Noemi helped me find exactly what I needed and even made sure I got the right parts for my car.

I stopped by this Autozone because my wife wanted to get dinner next door at a Mexican place. So when she was putting in her order, I came inside Autozone to look at their car detailing supplies. They were well stocked here so if you need something, you'll likely find it. The difficult part when coming here will likely be finding parking because even though it's in a decent size lot, it just get busy. The store is cleaned and organized when I came tonight.

Last night October 13th I walked into this store where I was greeted by Arturo. Incredible young man. He was so incredibly helpful, insightful, and accommodating. He went above and beyond to help me! I was in desperate need to fix a terribly broken down car. He called other stores for parts, he had suggestions, he called his friends to answer my questions if he didn't know the answers. I mean I'm floored with his exceptional service! I don't live close, but his help made me feel at home. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you so much!
