Ordered a radiator for the truck and Jamal said one day shipping, when I called Jamal said it had arrived at the store. After driving an hour and a half to the store to pick up the new radiator only to find out Jamal never actually checked they had gotten the order and just said they did. This is very frustrating as we had to drive over an hour to where our truck broke down wasting precious time.

I went in yesterday, and needed an engine code read. The gentleman was very helpful. It wound up being low battery, I think it was because of the freezing weather. Excellent customer service!!!!
