My experience at Gesner auto has been exactly like any other used car dealership. You get excited then disappointment settles in. I spent $24,990 on a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee only to drive it for just under three months and 4k miles to find out the Jeep had an oil pan gasket leak. I took the Jeep back to Gesner only to hear them say "You should have bought the $3000 extended warranty" because on top of giving us 25k dollars now you have to dish out another $1400 to get that gasket replaced. What a slap in the face. I will NEVER recommend anyone go there. Learn from my mistake and go to a bigger reputable dealership. A brand name, you're so much safer. What a fantastic experience today. I typically despise car dealerships but Evan and Shawn were absolutely amazing, worked with me and I was able to drive away with a vehicle I didn’t think I’d be able to get. Cannot thank them enough!
