I am so thankful to find this shop! I have an older F150 that we gave to my son and this shop was thorough and honest about everything that needed fixing. We decided it was worth doing and we don’t regret it at all! It drives so nice now. We have been to many different places and everyone only does the one thing they think it is and that is not the case with Simon’s. Their mechanics know what they are doing and it shows! I am grateful! They also only took a couple days to get it back to us! Incredible!

Simons has been great! I have gone to them 3 times so far and will keep going back. I needed new break pads, and oil change, and new wheel bearings. I like that they explain everything to you and they break down the cost. Prices also seem fair. I would recommend Simon’s to anyone looking for a reliable mechanic in the Taunton area!

This garage helped me a lot with my car. The lady at customer service was extremely patient and kind, even though I didn’t speak English very well. She took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciate their professionalism and I highly recommend this place. 😉👊🏼

Honest shop, quick turn around, that keeps you in the know and can handle anything you throw at them! Over the years that have taken in my Heep of a Wrangler for electrical repair (entire fuse panel) and ring & pinion/axle swap. Frame correction on my Toyota Taco after being t-boned; steering rack on my Chevy Failblazer, fuel line and sending unit issues on my Ford Exploder; and frame restoration, front end rebuild, and lately power steering on my GMC Sierra 1500. It's been a decade I've been seeking their shop to do the tasks I either haven't had the time or knowledge to do right. Simons always does a professional job, with a quick turnaround, at reasonable prices. If you want it done right, look no further. I wanted to try a small independent local shop to save money that I don’t have. Was charged $302 for them to look over the front end, balance 2 tires, a two wheel alignment and a lug nut they broke. I could’ve got the same service for $150 at many other shops. Overpriced I will not be back. Probably would have spent less at the dealer honestly. Edit: Went over the invoice was charged over $100 alone for them to replace the lug they broke at $159/hr is absurd for a small shop. $17 in random shop fees, $150 for basic alignment. Would not recommend this shop. So $23 in parts and over $280 in labor and fees. Not fair pricing. And they kept spamming me for a review. Here it is this place blows.
