Garry just helped me out with my windshield wipers on my truck. His costumer service was above and beyond. He was very polite, informative, and even put my windshield wipers for me!! Garry McNeal at the Tooele location deserves a raise!! Great guy and I’ll recommend this place just because of him!! Thank you so much again!!

The store manager, Garry McNeal worked miracles for me today. I needed a Brake Master Cylinder however, the only Auto Zone that had it in stock was at the magna location. I live out here in Tooele. There was no way I would be able to safely drive my car to and from. So Garry was able to work some magic and with the help of another Auto Zone employee who happens to be at the Magna store, will pick up the part for me and bring it to the Tooele location which they we’re already heading out to in a few hours anyways! I am SOOO thankful Garry was able to pull some strings and have that part delivered here to me in Tooele. He knew how dangerous it would be for me to drive all the way out there and back with my brakes in seriously bad shape, hence needing that Brake Master Cylinder. Because of Ga

Garry was so helpful not just making sure I bought the correct brake light bulb but helping me putting it in. My car is 20 plus years old and not the easiest to access. Saved me so much time and I really appreciate it.

Very disappointed with this location. This is the only AutoZone I’ve ever been to where staff refused to help install the battery I purchased from them. Every other store has always assisted without hesitation. I won’t be returning to this location for future purchases.

Im giving 5 stars to Tasha. super helpful and actually gave us answers vs. Just shrugging us off and not even giving us an option. We always come to this store. Like all the time. We spend a lot of money here and constantly get the 20 dollar coupons. We've never been able to use them because they always disappeared. We came in today to buy some oil and gasket maker and was planning on using our coupon. We went in and told the guy we wanted to use it then told us that it wasn't there. That we still needed to pay 1.20 to get the coupon. We had a little receipt that stated the day we earned the coupon and the day it expires. He looked at it and shrugged his shoulders and said sorry.
