Christopher went above and beyond during my visit today!! I came in for a check engine light, and he went as far as to pop open the hood of my car to take a look, pointed me to which battery I needed, and installed it for me. He saved me so much trouble. He was incredibly well spoken and explained everything to me (someone who knows nothing about cars.) I had gone to O’reilly beforehand, where I was told they couldnt even read the codes off my car. I was so glad I came here for a second opinion :) I’ve never received such great customer service! I’ll be coming back for all my auto needs.

I went in looking for a diagnostic reading and was helped by Carly, the store manager and she was so nice and explained what the codes on my car were and the possible options I had to fixing the codes. She was more knowledgeable than the last time I was in there and an older lady, Michelle was her name, “helped” me. I was skeptical about going back in but am glad I did. Was a much better experience this time around. I would recommend this store

After leaving a 1-star Google Review following a negative in-store experience, I was contacted by AutoZone customer service. There was a bit back and forth, plus yet another visit to the store, but the local manager was able to address my concerns and win back a customer. THIS is how customer service is supposed to work. Kudos to the local manager Lisa and the rest of the customer service team at Auto Zone.

I got help from Chris Anderson and he did phenomenal. He helped me with my headlights and made sure they were working great before he left. Chris is one of the most helpful and genuine guys I’ve ever met in the automotive industry. He is the reason I’m going to continue to come back to auto zone. Thanks Chris.

Wonderful experience! We needed a new battery and Pete even installed it for us. He was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend.
