AutoZone Auto Parts

I came here one evening to purchase wiper blades and was interrupted by an associate who wouldn’t leave me alone despite politely stating that I knew what I was looking for and didn’t need help. Although he was nice, I was about to head to the counter with the blades in my hand when he stopped me and told me that they were inherently bad. It felt strange because I’ve been buying them for years and had no problem with them. He then kept rambling on about his experience with Rain X and kept insisting I pick another brand which felt a bit pushy for a sales associate. I didn’t feel comfortable and decided not to buy anything at all. It was frustrating because I knew my product well and it’s what I needed. I felt like I was deceived into a sales tactic and obligated to purchase the wrong produc

I usually love AutoZone. As someone who runs a shop AutoZone is my main parts go to supplier. However who ever the short man is with the salt and pepper Goatie Gives this AutoZone a bad look. Between interrupting me while trying to explain the process of something to who I was with, wanting to rush someone in and out, assuming that the two women who walked in did knew nothing (I have multiple years of mechanic experience and can probably do more repair work than that guy). Autozone should correct that. It is an embarrassing look to the company and what ever regional manager is in charge of that store to allow bad service from the front people. I wish I had got the guys name but I was so appalled by his behavior I just wanted to get out. Infact in this town I suggest going to any other part

I would lower my rating if I could. Their evening crew is the least helpful group of employees I have ever seen… not only was the guy who helped us more interested in dribbling his basketball than helping me, he showed us that they had the part in stock but stated he would need to order it anyways. This would have been fine if it wasn’t for him not even taking the time to find the part. I will forever be taking my business to O’Reilly’s.

I went in knowing what I was wanting / looking for, they could tell that and waited. They did not have what I wanted in my size but they were very helpful in suggesting ways I can go about getting what I was looking for. Or other stores I could try. I came to find out It's just a rare item to have in stock at any place after 5 other stores I find this out. I'll have to special order it online. The guy working there that I spoke with is very knowledgeable if you needed something I'm sure he would know or get you to the right person or place.

Richard L. was amazing! He explained things so well and was so professional. I bought something that didn't ring up as the sale price and he came outside to find me and refunded me what I was owed. He also explained and showed me many things on my car, I learned so much and the help means a lot to me. Thanks again, you deserve a raise Richard!
