AutoZone Auto Parts

As always experience matters, all the time above expecting and pocket friendly for most of the items. My all time good to go for any automobile spare part item. They never fail to impress me. This time Mr Calvin assisted me very well, I appreciate him for his support.

The manager of this location is rude and doesn’t even try to help customers. We ordered parts and paid extra to get the parts shipped to her store the next day, which is what we were told and it’s been almost two weeks!!! She told my boyfriend “there’s nothing I can do”. ACTUALLY YOU COULD DO YOUR JOB and at the very least make a phone call to get the parts we paid for. Makes me wonder how people like this are even employed!!!

I have a had time changing my battery now that I have a disability. These guys made it so easy for me and didn’t make me feel bad at all about whether or not I was unable to do it myself… It meant the world to me these guys are awesome!

I went today to get my battery done. Kevin S was super amazing. Very helpful. Definitely needs a raise went above and beyond to help. he was super patient. My battery wouldn’t come out and he was just super awesome about it with a smile in his face. I hope they can recognize him and give him big kudos very very kind young man definitely go and ask for Kevin S. as he is amazing.

Been a loyal customer at this AutoZone for years never again after today’s experience!Went into their store this afternoon and purchase antifreeze The guy working there did not offer or give me a receipt went back tonight to return it as I used my charge card to pay for it and The employee asked me if I had a receipt. I told him no I wasn’t given one and out of nowhere his so-called manager by the name of James decided to interrupt the conversation and asked me what time I came in. I told him and he’s like no you didn’t. I was here all day. Obviously you weren’t because I was there and I told you who helped me and all you had to do was to look up my receipt which your employee did, but James was extremely rude and accuse me in front of other customers of basically stealing this antifreeze
