Auto Zone Wickenburg Arizona. We went here to buy a new battery for our Jeep Wrangler Sahara, and Angela was extremely helpful. She has a wealth of knowledge and explained all our battery options. Then, after we decided, she came outside and helped us install it. They have a pushcart with all the tools for the job, and within 30 minutes, we were powered up and rolling out. It was a positive experience, and Angela should be commended for her professionalism, courtesy, and politeness. She is an asset to this business.

Very disappointed with the service I received today. I came in at 7:30 PM to get a Couple sets of lug nuts and was flat out refused to be checked out by the cashier Cheyenne with no explanation other than “I’m not going to serve you” The company I work for spends thousands of dollars a month at this AutoZone and I will be telling you I will be taking my business to O’Reillys as the purchaser for the company I work for. I had to walk across the store and get someone else to check me out and he did it with no issues so I have no idea what this young lady’s problem was with me, but until she is gone, I will not personally be using AutoZone and neither will the company I work for.
