NAPA Auto Parts - Van's Auto Parts

I needed an odd sized o-ring that I couldn't find anywhere. The clerk at Napa went out of his way to look for it in the back. He found one that was a pretty close match. It was in a spare parts box so he let me have for free. Now that's what I call excellent customer service.

I kinda understand, but I needed lights for my lic plate as a warning light was on that it was not working. The man said the led were better and brighter. He opened the package. I went out installed and light still on. I need regular bulbs. He said to bad do sad you installed them. Mind you I was in the parking lot and 1 min had passed. I left went up The road to auto zone. The guy said you can’t use them leds cause the resistance is wrong. Gave me lights at 1/4 the price and it worked great. Shop auto zone they know more and help out better. Bummer is I own shop as a silent partner and will let my partner know I don’t want Napa used. Not in Wickenburg so I need the lights. Should have called my bro. Or went to auto zone first.

Bought a couple things using Napa Online. Dale was prompt to call and let me know when my items would be in. Next morning I went in they had my stuff ready, I paid, and was out the door in less than 3 minutes. Great service. Good parts!
