I did not feel welcomed at all. From the moment I walked in, it felt like they didn’t care whether I was there or not—and I’m a business owner, so I know what good customer service looks like. While I was there, another customer asked a simple question about cup holders, and the associate responded with a nasty, dismissive attitude. That told me everything I needed to know. Poor attitude, poor service, and zero professionalism. I will not be coming back.

Kurt huhn was awesome. He went above and beyond and took the time to help me figure out exactly what the issue was with my battery. He didn't stop until everything was resolved. I highly recommend coming to this location! Ask for Kurt he’s very knowledgeable and friendly.

Kurt was amazing. I needed a battery replacement and figured I wld get my rear light replaced while I was there. He was most pleasant, patient, and thorough. Made a frustrating night a lot less frustrating.

Went for a battery check. The store person came out to my car and immediately found issueand fixed. Free! He was Outstanding in technical knowledge and professional. Big Kudos.

I originally went to Sam's club to purchase my battery and have it installed in my Palisade. I go, they tell me they can't install my battery because it wasn't readily accessible. I call autozone, across the street, and Ethan answers and let's me know they have a battery in-stock, he looks up a video of how to quickly access it and says he can replace my battery. I have to jumpstart my vehicle just to make it across the street. Ethan meets me with a smile and quickly replaces my battery with ease. I'm very thankful Ethan was working today to find a solution to my problem instead of just telling me that's too much labor and turning me away like Sam's club did.
