Had a great experience selling our vehicle through carmax!!!! The staff was phenomenal, they made the experience so easy especially as we were selling a vehicle in North Carolina and live in New York! The process was great and left with check in hand. We went to another dealer initially and they were not helpful at all, it was a breath of fresh air dealing with winterville CarMax!

I would give no stars if I could. This store is unorganized & unwelcoming. I traveled 45 min to and from this store 5 times due to them not being prepared. First off when I walked in they didn't greet me at all! I was given a look of disgust because my clothes had flour on them from working. Before I could even test drive the car they wanted the down payment. That's the first thing they asked for! Nobody gives money without test driving a car first! I was treated like a nobody from the beginning all the way to the end. So glad I didn't give them my money! If you are thinking of coming here save your gas & time🤣 because it will definitely be wasted. The whole store needs new employee's!!!

We have been very pleased with CarMax in Greenville. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! One nice bonus is they provide a 90 day warranty on their vehicles. ALL of the staff we interacted with were very friendly and pleasant! Lori was very patient & supportive with the purchase of our car. If she didn’t know answers to our questions, she would ask and get answers for us! Ben in the Service Department did an outstanding job keeping us informed regarding the progress of the repairs to our car. When I made him aware of some issues, there was no hesitation in getting them fixed. We appreciate his thoroughness to ensure our car was successfully repaired! I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership.

All the paperwork for buying the vehicle went very smooth and in very quick, so I give that part of the processes an A+. The pre-inspection of the vehicle was not up to the past standards I have received from CarMax in the past. The vehicle was missing a radio antenna, so the radio was thot working. I had to purchase an antenna. The vehicle on had 1 key so I had to get another key made at a high cost. The truck bed looks like it had not been cleaned at all.
