Towers' Boneyard Harley-Davidson

From the time I showed up to the time I left, Everyone involved was extremely patient and helpful. The sales rep helped me find i bike suited for me, A 2020 softail slim. I originally went in for a street gluide. It started pouring rain towards the end. The Sales manager rode with me in the rain even though he had his other vehicle there, I live in jacksonville. That's pretty damn good customer service if you ask me. I will be going back to this dealership for future purchases.

Very large selection of Harley bikes. I think I will give up the ebikes and get an hog. Tower's are always sponsoring some cool rides and events...

I recently purchased a new motorcycle at Boneyard HD. The staff was excellent to deal with both knowledgeable and patient. I didn’t just buy a bike off the floor. I built the bike I have always wanted. Numerous upgrades from motor to suspension and much more. I dealt with almost every member of the GM Kyle’s team, sales, parts, service, motor clothes and all of them were great to work with.

Very nice people work here. They were all helpful when needed. Small facility with a big personality. They offer bottles of water, which is awesome in the heat. Nice area to sit a spell. Small selection of bikes. Wish they had a better selection of shirts, as well as the moisture wicking materials and more tank tops. I found designs on the guys' shirts, but I wish they were on the girls' style of shirt. They could also add more colors besides black. I was looking for red shirts to go with our new bike. The bummer part, they don't have location stickers or patches. We like to collect them during our travels instead of the chips. No coffee cups or shot glasses that I noticed. We'll be back, even though it's two hours away. Customer Service was 5 🌟 in my book.

Went in three months ago just to look around. They invited me to take a bike out on a test drive decided I would trade my bike in to get a preowned bike that they had the process went fairly smooth a lot of back-and-forth That wasn’t the issue. The issue I have is the back end paperwork of the process. I had gap coverage on my old bike when I traded it in I called and canceled that policy a few days after purchasing my new bike to this day November 26 of 2025. I have yet to get a reimbursement for my gap coverage that I had on the bike that I traded in this bike came from them originally so I was a repeat customer. I purchased the bike on 9/20 of 2025. I have contacted the gap company which tells me to contact the dealer. I even reached out to Harley corporate office and was told by the co
