AutoZone Commercial

Unimpressed with my visit to this location. I am giving two stars for having the product I needed in stock. Upon arrival I was the only customer in the store. Both associates were having their own conversation while I stood at the counter waiting to be addressed. Eventually for my battery replacement the associate suggested a smaller more expensive battery among the two size options available. I had to mention the recommended battery was smaller than my OEM and more expensive. He replied that both of the options were the same price, which is incorrect. The larger option was $20 less and obviously has better specs for cranking amps and reserve capacity. I'll take my future business to the other auto parts stores less than a mile away.

One of my headlights weren’t working and I went to 3 different places to try and have someone replace the bulb for me. Each place told me that it was too complicated or they weren’t able to do it. I decided to try an Autozone and Bek helped me figure out which bulbs to buy and even installed it in my car without a problem! Grateful for Bek!

Pretty sure I needed a battery for the vehicle walked in on New Year's Eve at about 8:00 at night it was cold the guy had no problem he came out and tested my battery and tested the alternator got us our battery put it in and away we went

I stopped in on July 4th and Joe was so helpful, friendly and knew what he was doing. He helped put my new battery in, two filters and my windshield wipers and I really couldn’t thank him enough. The manager on duty was also very nice and if Joe had any questions he was there to help him. I also want to say that I went into Dodge to get a oil change and they let me know I needed all of the above and it was going to cost me $275 more than what AutoZone was charging me so definitely glad I did not allow the dealership to con me into getting the items and again thank you Joe at the Milford Ohio store 😉

Every interaction I have an here for the past year has been terrible. The people working have attitudes about everything and it’s a simple interaction. I order something online and I go in… you can’t scan my email and ask for an id that would be too easy. Nope what’s your name ? What was the item ? Then tosses at me. Ridiculous
