I had scheduled an appointment online for the first service of my vehicle (2025 GMC 2500 HD). When we arrived at the dealership, the service advisor was more than helpful! I also had a couple items other than normal service that I had questions about. These were also addressed seamlessly in a prompt and courteous manner. All addressed items were explained thoroughly to me upon completion. I didn't catch her name, but my advisor was a real superstar to work with!

My GM truck failed miserably. 3 years old and 45k miles. Transmission valve failure. Likely 4 weeks to get the parts and complete the repair. We were 900 miles from home and on vacation. The dealerships helped find a comparable truck and we made a trade in and were back on the road within 24 hours. I wasn't looking to replace my truck but were left with few choices.
