Russell was very literally an answer to prayer. My teenage son took his C5 Corvette (baby) and entrusted Russell and his team to diagnose the intermittent electrical issue. We highly recommend their business. They identified and fixed the problem in 2 days. 2 days! Russell was very helpful and knowledgeable, from the first moment on the phone and all the way through the process of inspecting my car for gremlins. He wasn't able to replicate the issue I brought it in for in order to find out what it is, but assured me that if it persists or gets worse, they will diagnose it for no additional cost. I love that I've found an honest, straightforward Porsche specialist so close to home.

Great news! Two well-seasoned techs have invested in the sports/exotic car community by opening up a shop on the north end of Woodinville, south end of Snohomish. What’s great about this is you can avoid the dealerships’ high cost and over-selling, plus you have access to two techs who have oil and grease under their nails. No more talking to a service writer who doesn’t know a muffler bearing from blinker fluid. Also, this shop is fun to drive to: paradise lake road for Bellevue/Redmond folks; Maltby for Bothell side folks; and Lowell Larimer for folks in the north end. It gets better: you can upgrade your precious car without modifying it by using better parts than OEM. I was able to have my car seen within 24 hours for its' annual 41 multipoint inspection and an oil/oil filter change. Came away with a list of "to do" and estimates so I can plan ahead. Love these guys. Very organized and considerate. Thorough and honest. I'm so glad my car is in good hands. -GH
