Valvoline Instant Oil Change

This is going to be my new oil change place. There wasn’t a long line, it’s in beautiful Snohomish, the guys were friendly and not pushy with sales at all. They listened to what I wanted and got everything done professionally and quickly. I highly recommend them.

Just moved here recently and was looking for a new oil change place for my Prius. I love this Valvoline already. I pulled up, and the manager, Tony, came right out to greet me and kept me posted on everything he did while waiting for the car ahead of me. He didn't try to sell me on the air filter, showed me it was still pretty clean, took care of my tires for me and my fluids while waiting. It was very quick in and out, and all of the workers, including Luke and Jett, were extremely professional and polite. I'm so glad to have such a great spot to take my Prius to near my new place.

Came here to get an oil change without having to get my two little ones out of the car. We just moved to the area so I was looking for a new place to get my car serviced. I will definitely come back here from now on and recommend this location to everyone. There was no pressure or "selling" me on things (which is nice since we take care of almost everything else ourselves), they answered all my questions and were so friendly. There were a couple things I wasn't sure needed to be changed and instead of pushing it they offered to just check for me. Thank you so much to Chris, Justin and Jett for all your amazing help (plus whomever was under my car, I didn't catch your name but you deserve a thank you too!)

Vanessa, Lane and Brandon (I hope I got these right!) Were so helpful. I can tell these young professionals take their jobs seriously and take pride in what they do. I'd bee going to other places to get my oil changed but I'll be going back here for the foreseeable future. I was able to do a full service, wipers, and a new battery all in less than 40 minutes. I told Vanessa I collect buttons and she literally gave me the one off her uniform. If I could give 10 stars I would. Great job you guys!!!!

The most excellent service. Everyone is friendly and very informative throughout the whole process. I live in Seattle, but might drive up here next time and make a day of it and get food at Jake's, just down the street.
