He took the time to explain exactly how the crack formed and walked me through the resin filling process step by step — I really appreciated the transparency. The work was flawless and done quickly with no wait time at all. He even showed me a pro tip about covering any future chips immediately with scotch tape to prevent spreading, and offered to take care of the same spot if anything comes up down the road.
