The last place to trust with a vehicle. I can't say if they are knowledgeable about tires and such but they have absolutely no business under the hood of a vehicle. The owner is very confrontational and downright rude. The mechanics do everything they can to take care of the customers but if they had an owner that was a decent human being then they could be a great place. She will state how much she cares about taking care of people but from what I've seen the only thing she cares about is lining her pockets. Now we get to rewire all the plugs that they replaced wired incorrectly to the point where I disconnected one plug and the crimp joints weren't crimped correctly. Do not waste your money here!!! My husband finally got a break from work to get his truck worked on and it was the worst decision to go to Ava Tire. They tried to tell us the alignment couldn’t be done because the front end had too much wrong with it. He went and checked himself and what they described couldn’t be found. We had them do other work at the same time and over $1200 later we only got half the value of what we had agreed on and no longer have a working vehicle!!!. (Literally worked fine before they got ahold of it.) we are now in a bind without a vehicle and dealing with a newborn and chronic illness in the family that requires regular trips to town. PLEASE DO NOT USE AVA TIRE!

I am only offering one star because there isn't a zero star option. I trusted them to install a windshield. Amy the owner admitted they installed the WRONG windshield in the process, bending and twisting the metal trim pieces. Amy offered to put a new one in (why would I trust them again after the damage they did?) Never once addressing the bent trim pieces and scraped paint. If you call her to complain she will offer excuses and yell at you and hang up on you. What happened to professionalism and customer courtesy? STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUISNESS! I had another company FIX it properly!

The workers at Ava Tire are completely unprofessional and inadequate at delivering and explaining the work they complete. When going in for a service, the mechanic contradicted himself on work he previously said back in November needed to be done and instead today stated everything was good. After paying, we also came to discover another fault with the car that we were not informed of and had to return to inquire about. The clerk could not tell us anything about it, and when asked questions, she became rude and avoided answering. Due to the severity of the issues with the car, we informed her they could be found liabel if an accident was caused because they failed to fix nor explain the issue. Went for propane got stuck in the mud, the young man who assisted me was kind and polite and got a tow truck without me asking and pulled me out. I haven't ever got tires here, but this act of a gentry will make me fond of them for years to come.
