SUMMARY: I really like this place. - Speed - They were fast. - Scheduling - Walk ins were easy and fast. - Honesty - Honest as the day is long. - Friendly - Kind and personable. - Tire selection - They keep tires in stock that would be good for Ozark roads - Higher ply/Stronger tires. I stopped in the other day as a first time potential customer. I just came in to compare prices on tires for a Suburban. It turns out they keep the 10 ply tires in stock (you will likely find 4 ply at a big box store). It turns out their prices were very good. The lady at the reception desk was super friendly. So were the guys changing the tires in the shop. In the end, we went with tires from them. We were in and out in less than an hour without even needed to schedule ahead. Jimmy is awesome! My tractor tire came off and Jimmy was able to fix it in no time flat. His customer service was great. Not only does he have a mobile maintenance truck, he does mechanic work too. Jimmy and J&L will get all my business going forward.

Been going here for years to get my inspection done, always great service. I don't know what happened. Got my car inspected and found out it need some work to pass, no big deal. Went and fixed everything, returned a few days later. The receptionist was so rude. Aperantly they can't do inspection now because they are out of stickers. When I asked about when they would get more she just said when they get here. Could be today, could be next week who knows. Not a great way to run your business.

I had trouble getting really big tires changed on after market rims...this was my 3rd tire shop...they got it done!!! Thank you J &L!
