Kutz Car Clinic

I took my truck in to get a clutch job done in 2023 or so. The clutch works fine, but they did not replace the rear main seal while they were in there. Why? That is standard during such a job. And it is the original seal. Their excuse was that sometimes the new seals leak. That just sounds more like mechanic error than anything. I wouldn't go back.

Randy and his guys at Kutz car clinic are wonderful check the car in there for an oil change they are very fast and efficient and reasonably priced. They've done other work on other cars for me they always do an excellent job.

Brought my truck in as a 16 year old kid to get drum brakes replaced. They had my truck for almost 6 weeks, then I got a call saying they can’t fix it because they couldn’t find the right parts. Then Randy said I had to give him 100 bucks for my keys back. Of course I paid him, I was just a kid that didn’t know any better! These guys pick and choose who they will do good work for and who they will take advantage of.

I took my car to Kutz in the beginning of June 2024 to get my turbo charger and Turbo Oil Return Drain & Oil Feed Pipe replaced when I got the car back I was driving home when the car broke down because there was no oil in it! They had broke the Turbo Oil Return Drain & Oil Feed Pipe and didn't tell me I was stuck along side the road for 2 hours with my baby in 90° weather waiting for a tow truck! I called them and they said that they would replace it since they broke it!!!! I got the car back 2 days later still have the same problems it did before they so called fixed it 1 month later I finally get the money to get the car to a different mechanic and they said that the Turbocharger I just had replace by Kutz was broken!!!! Disappointed Called and asked if they worked on Nissans, bc there is something seriously wrong with my car…she said yes. I get a call back a few days later and they tell me I need to take it else where bc they don’t have the tools to fix it ….”then why did you say yes when I called “!!!! Then of course they wanted $50 for wasting their time…this is absolutely ridiculous. You said you worked on Nissans, I wasted my time and my money. Won’t be back!!!! However there is a great automotive place here that assisted me with the non major issue that Kutz said was a major !!!issue. Felt like a money grab …frustrating
