Horrible experience. The 2012 vehicle I financed was over 9,500 the actual cost but they charged me $475 a month for a car that wasn’t that great. The customer service is horrible when my car was stolen they had no answers for me they didn’t want to refund me my money or get me into another car but they still wanted money from me? Than they were paid by my insurance to fix the car and it sat in a lot for months now the car is nowhere to be found? Most unprofessional people I’ve ever dealt with in my life they deserve 0 stars

Literally if I could give zero stars I definitely would! This place is such a scam! Had my vehicle repoed 3 times from here because they don’t know how to answer the phone to make a payment! Then they charge you the repo fee and extra costs! A $180 payment turns into over $800 to get the car back! The first two times I had gotten my car back after paying the repo fee! I was late on a payment a couple days because they don’t answer their stupid phone, then they come get my car! The 3rd repo they said I had to pay the remaining balance off which was $5600 and I had gotten my car for $13,800. The car kept breaking down and they even had my vehicle the first month I bought it in the shops because they had to fix something in the front! Do not use them! I have been a loyal customer of theirs for years. Even through a bad deal two years ago I brushed it under the rug. However, I recently paid off the last payment of the last car we bought and still after three months they won’t give me the title. I made every payment on time (if not early) pursuant to the terms of the contract yet they will not give me my title and claim I owe more money. I am shocked and appalled by the behavior. I just want what it rightfully mine.

If you want a Parole Officer for a car dealership than this is the place. They REQUIRE you to pay every 2 weeks and if you're late they leave you stranded at the gas station in the middle of the night. Or they don't answer the phone when you do have the payment and they will shut off your car. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE I REPEAT DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. IF I COULD GIVE IT NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!!

Their customer service sucks and they put a kill switch on your car for those who don't make timely payments. However, for those of us who do pay on time, it's difficult. For instance, when trying to make a payment or fax proof of insurance they are never available OR they answer the phone to put you on hold and then ask you to call back in x amount of time. I have personally been hung up on numerous times, had my payments applied to the wrong account and had my car shut off because of it. I really wish I didn't go to this lot and just paid a higher down payment elsewhere to avoid the headache of dealing with these people! Counting down the days when I can trade this car in!
