AVEC Service Center

My car had a check engine light come on so of course I brought it in to my trusted mechanic AVEC. They checked it out but were unable to get the part in till Monday, the bigger problem, snow was coming over the weekend and I work at a hospital so being there was not optional. Ryland checked everything out and made sure the issue was NOT a safety concern in any way and got the car back to me so I could be at the facility as needed. The following week, they already had the part, so I brought the car in and they got it fixed and me back on the road. These guys are awesome with the highest integrity and fair pricing. I highly recommend them, but it does make it harder to get an appointment, LOL.

10/10 experience👍. Al, the owner got me all set up after I brought my jeep in for having some engine issues. Not only did these guys get my warranty company to pay for most of the repairs, but Al and his team kept me updated every step of the way. It’s very refreshing to take a chance on a mechanic and have them be upfront and honest with you. Honest people, great work, fantastic service I recommend these guys to anyone around the area, thanks guys!

I've been a repeat customer at AVEC and I've always been pleased with how they fix my car and also propose solutions. They also seem to be looking out for my financial interests and provide alternative cost-effective solutions. I appreciate them! I expect to continue going to them!

I’ve brought my truck here for two separate problems. The first problem I had, I had to bring it back 3 times. They do not diagnose anything, they just throw parts at it until they think it’s fixed. The second time I bring it there, they charge me an crazy amount just to change a sensor, and I get the vehicle back and I would now have to bring it back AGAIN because of another missed diagnosis: I try to support local businesses, and I was really rooting for them. But ultimately I was over charged for parts I did not need and to be honest, I don’t even know what they did with it when they had it, I can understand a mis diagnosis once and a while, but if I have to constantly keep bringing my vehicle back, and keep throwing money at them for constant missed diags. The. It’s not worth the time

I’m certainly not the first, and will not be the last person to give AVEC Service Center a perfect 5 star review. I took my “new to me” 24 year old vehicle in for some repairs and had a wonderful experience. The whole staff at AVEC truly care about customers and work their tails off to ensure a positive experience. Whether you have a muscle car, sports car or a normal grocery getter, I highly recommend you take your vehicle to AVEC for repairs. I’m happy to have found a lifelong mechanic for my vehicles.
