Avis Car Rental

We rented a Honda Odyssey from this location for a month while our car was in the shop. The car was in good shape and performed well for the whole rental period. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. After my rental I had an issue with an extra charge on my bill and Montana was very understanding about it and helped me resolve the issue. Happy to rent with these guys again. The only constructive feedback I have is that it is difficult to get anyone in the store on the phone. When I call the number it rings for a while then forwards to Avis corporate.

Usually get clean cars, but last two times have been dirty. Mostly posting to cover my pocket, but I know they know the cars well. I will be using avis/budget again, the prices are reasonable.

By far the best Avis, I’ve dealt with in DFW I went to the Hulen Location and they stuck me in an electric Hyundai car. Total nightmare literally spent more on charging it than I did on the rental itself and I’ll never get the years off of my life. It took from stress trying to figure out all that went to Burleson location and Casey and Jordan were totally understanding. It was 30 minutes before they closed and they helped me switch out a car to a regular Nissan Sentra I’m so thankful they completely changed my entire experience around on a rental car. We’ll definitely rent with them again five stars and a shout out thanks Avis in Burleson

Jordan and Casey have been nothing short of exceptional. Appreciate the fast and easy service. This has been one of the more positive experiences I have had at this location. Jordan was personable and even remembered some of the issues as to why I needed to rent a car. Thank you Jordan!
