Amazing service at Avis in Castle Shannon. The team here really cares about their customers and sites a fantastic job getting us to our vehicle. We were trying to rent a car in the middle of a storm. After calling around town no one had any vehicles available. We called Avis Castle Shannon and were told to head down, they’d have a vehicle waiting for us. When we arrived, a brand new suv was waiting for us.

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience Picked up a Kia telluride from this location and dropped back of 9+ hours earlier and required location with full tank of gas. The employee ended up putting me on the invoice for a different Kia telluride that was rented to SOMENE ELSE. Charging me 100+ more dollars for someone else’s rental It has been more than a week to try to get the situation remediated. The branch is unhelpful and so is the customer care helpline. Extremely shocking to see that incorrect receipts are being charged to customers! Employees fail to check vehicle descriptions/license plates & cause unnecessary financial issues for customers which are not being remediated.

Went through quite a bit to get here and pick up my car as scheduled, but when I got there, the door was locked and no one was working. Tried calling but Avis customer service could only tell me that they should be open. I tried to change my reservation to the downtown location, but they were all out of cars for the day. So, since no one showed up to work at this location today, I am out $300 from a non-refundable hotel booking, as I have no other way of getting there. Of course, that is what I told Avis customer service, and they just said sorry about your luck. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from this location!

DO NOT rent from here!!! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had using a rental car company. When I walked in, he said they didn’t have a car saved for my reservation and couldn’t do anything about it. I got lucky because someone pulled into the lot to drop their rental car off as I was about to leave, or else they wouldn’t have done anything to accommodate me. For the car just returned, they didn’t clean or inspect it an inch, they just handed me the keys and sent me on my way. I had terrible customer service and will never rent from Avis again.

Rip off, prepaid for a SUV and was given tiny Corolla. I was not offered a refund for the difference either. Person at the counter was not helpful at all.
