WetGo Car Wash

The membership for unlimited car washes and use of vacuums, towels to wipe down and completely dry your car is all amazing!! Even when it's busy they keep things moving quickly and efficiently. The vacuums have two different types to use one for bigger sections and a skinnier one for the hard to reach and small spaces!! The car wash cleans your car very well also!

WetGo needs to come up with a common window tag system. Got my sticker here at Castle Shannon and it rarely works at other locations , and even when they manually scan it doesn't show up as active account. Also I get that need to shit down during extreme cold but other car washes are open and there is no way WerGo notifies when the wash is closed until you drive the whole way ther only to see the wash is closed. The wash equipment is good, but the management side of things needs to improve greatly or I'll be going to a Mr Magic plan.

Just signed up today. Went through and when I got home in 1 mile to our house, the back was extremely dirty. Confused! The attendant was nice, it was quick and the price was reasonable but I’m not so sure I should of signed up for the monthly club now!

Great clean and free vacuums. The car wash did an ok job. My only wish is that they had cleaning rags and spray for internal cleaning of the vehicles. I have seen this before and many car washes with free vacuums. You do not need to get a car wash in order to use vacuums. However they are not on all the time only when open by the way it looks.

I originally came in September to just get one car wash as we hadn’t washed our car since leaving Chicago back in May, then I agreed to the $9.99 promo of unlimited premium washes for the first 2 months thinking I’ll just cancel it after November, but turns out I still think the membership is worth it at full price. I’m kind of shocked at why the ratings are only 3.5 stars. I drive from Lawrenceville to here once (or twice) a week for a wash and always have nothing but great experiences! Love the staff, location, access to many free vacuums and clean towels.. can’t really ask for more.
