Avis Car Rental

So i booked a trip months ago to go to Disney Land and thought the pick up time for the car was 12. I didnt realized that was when they closed on sundays. When i got to Avis they were closed and i started to panic, this would have a significant impact on my trip. I called the phone number off of google and was transfered to Singh who worked there. I told him what i had done and asked what i could do- he told me he would come back to the store to help me in 15 mins or so- he showed up in less than 10. I was blown away- how many people would come back to work after they closed to help a customer! He was very friendly and didnt rush us even though we were on his time. Thank you Singh for the excellent service! I would do business with him again but next time ill get my pick up time correct.

Horrible services, the person in charge was very rude and lack of empathy, we made a reservation a week ago, we received the confirmation and a week later we received a call from this individual informing that there is no car and no options, 100% I’m not going to back to this place and I report him to central Avis complains department. if you need rent a car don’t waste your time here just make a call to enterprise or hertz either can Offer you much better experience with wonderful front desk humans.
