Avis Car Rental

Latoya Lewis has been God sent. There are many times I need a rental and she has accommodated my needs. She assisted me in opening a business account and now I only rent from Avis because of her professionalism and customer service.

This location has gone from bad to worse. They will make unreasonable excuses to deny you reservations made by third party apps like kayak and priceline. They really put me in great difficulty after refusing to honor a reservation made from priceline even though it was in their system and tried to extract triple price from me making vague excuses. Luckily I am preferred avis customer and was quickly able to make a new reservation on avis app that they had to honor. Moving forward i am going to avoid going here and DO NOT RECOMMEND this location.

I've rented several vehicles from this location. The cars are always clean and well maintained. The manager Latoya and her staff are very friendly and courteous and have gone out of their way to accommodate me when necessary. The prices are reasonable and they always make the process very simple. I will continue renting from them as I have for years and highly recommend them.

Planning a trip can be a sufficiently stressful endeavor, and renting the ideal vehicle can further exacerbate this stress. Nevertheless, our visit to the Avis location in Emmaus proved to be a notable exception, thanks to the exemplary service provided by Kenya. She consistently demonstrated respect, patience, and professionalism, thoroughly explaining all necessary details and setting clear expectations. Kenya's customer service and support were truly commendable. We would most certainly choose to rent from Avis again in the future.

Recently took a trip to NC and rented a vehicle here. The car was clean and customer service was great. Welcoming and friendly and fast process. Definitely will return if/when I need another rental. Kenya Wise helped and was fabulous. (Emmaus location)
