Terrible service. Will never rent from you ever again . Damaged car from the Norfolk airport with 49,000 miles

My girlfriend and I have rented here several times and they are by far the absolute best. We have been very pleased and very well taking care of by the staff there and would highly recommend this car rental agency to anybody. It is actually a pleasure running a car from them. And if you have an issue they more than take care of it for you immediately. Probably one of the best places I've ever done business with in my life

I accidentally left my camera and three lenses in my camera bag on the front seat while dropping the car off at 6::00 a.m. for a 7:10 flight. I didn’t realize my mistake until just after I dropped the key off in the return box. I’ve called this office no less than 2 dozen times and no one will answer the phone. The automated system always reports an error when I ask to be connected to lost and found. I filed a report with customer service , so far nothing has happened. Update: still unable to get through to this office. Customer Service says that the office at the Erie airport has my camera but I can’t get through to them.

I had never had such an easy experience renting a vehicle. I had called prior to flying, walked up. showed info, DL. and they gave me keys to a 2020 Camry. Fast, easy, stress free. Same for when i returned it. Never drove a Camry before. That is one cool car. lol.
