⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an awesome experience at this Avis location! The place is super clean, well-organized, and the team works fast to get you on the road. Everyone was polite and professional, but Aziz really stood out! He treated me with genuine kindness, explained everything clearly, and made sure I got the perfect car for my needs. You can tell he truly cares about customers. I’ll definitely come back to this location because of the great service and people like Aziz!

I had a personal emergency and needed to rent a car last minute, late on a Friday evening. I went to Avis Car Rental at the Johnston, IA location and Aziz went above and beyond to help me out. It was honestly the smoothest experience I’ve ever had renting a car. The process was quick, simple, and stress-free, no unnecessary formalities or hassles. Aziz was super helpful, and the prices were amazing too. Highly recommend this location for anyone who needs a reliable rental with great service!

Struggled with customer service over the phone and online with this company. I went to the location and the gentleman working went above and beyond to help me with the horrible experience I had. I was a bit rude in the beginning due to customer service giving me the run around. After dealing with the gentleman on site my opinion was changed about this place, he did everything he could to correct the issue and then some. Definitely glad I gave them another chance. the on site staff was so different than the call center staff I had to deal with. My faith in Avis has been restored because of of the experience I had on location

This was the worst experience I have had renting a car. I reserved a full sized SUV for the cargo room. When I picked up the Expedition MAX, I noticed the tires were severely worn but had to take the vehicle as it was my only option. When we were loading up, my son (a mechanic) said the tread was at 2-3/32 and should have been replaced. This made for a terrible ride and road noise. When we started driving we realized the cruise control was not working (most likely a damaged from camera). I also noticed the next oil change was supposed to be at 38k miles and the truck had 64k on it. We checked the oil at a stop and it was dark. It was that of a 300k mile truck at oil change time, not one with 64k miles. Which means it was severely overdue. Along the trip we also notice a huge chunk of tire

When I received the car- it was slightly dirty so I took pictures. When I returned the car I also took a video of the condition just because I felt funny about it. Good thing- I was charge for "excessively dirty". I had 40 minutes to submit the time-stamped videos and then spent a few days calling Budget back before getting the charge removed. Shady. Sorry, I won't be back.
