small family focused towing business that saved my butt at 2am off a level B road east of Colo. super friendly, very professional, easy to work with. very thankful my insurance called this company and I would absolutely call myself in the future! made sure I got home safe, excellent communication skills, very very pleased with the outcome!!!!!

Unfortunately, I came out of a shopping mall (on a holiday) and my Honda Accord wouldn't start. I had just been to the dealership for a scheduled service and the battery checked out just fine. I called Big 12 Towing and Lawayne arrived promptly. He was super friendly and asked a few questions. He got the power pack hooked up to my battery and the car started right up. He told me if I had any trouble on the way home to call him, and he would come assist me. Prompt service, sincerely kind person, and very clean equipment and truck. Would highly recommend you put Big 12 Towing's phone number in your contact list just in case!

My son was 3 hours into the 7 hour drive home from college when it started sleeting and snowing. He ended up down a ditch and couldn’t get out. We didn’t really even know where in IA he was. I called Big 12 and he assured me he would get to my son and make sure he was safe. It took a while to get to him due to traffic and weather, but I had frequent contact with the company and so did my son. They were so patient and reassuring. He even followed my son for a bit to make sure he was ok and that the car wasn’t damaged. I’m so thankful this is the company I called. Should we ever be in need of a tow company near Des Moines again, this is the only place I’ll call. I cannot express just how grateful I am to them!

10/10. The safest, nicest, most professional towing company I have ever used. Do not go anywhere else for towing. You will not find a better Iowa-nice towing service.

Fantastic! Big 12 was contracted for me by USAA. They are incredibly responsive and kept me updated each step of the way. Team went above and beyond, bringing my car to my hotel at 3AM so I could catch my flight. Highly recommend!
