Avis Car Rental

I reserved a car online and they deducted the money from my account immediately. I drove 1 hr and 45 mins to get there, only to be told that they needed a major credit card to get the car because the location is at an airport. On top of not being able to pay the deposit with cash or a debit card, I won't get the money back that they already took out of my account for a week. This all should have been communicated to me when making the reservation. I wouldn't have wasted my time or money. I suggest people use a different rental company where they are more transparent with the requirements.

No cars even with reservation. Left me absolutely stranded and the people there could have cared less. Ended up having to fly right back home and missed my meetings. Just don’t is all can say.

Worse place ever ran master card took my money then says we can’t give car sorry you already have an electric car. They can steal your money though. Why couldn’t they say that before charging me four hundred dollars. Then they say call customer service for refund then get twenty different answers why my money is pending. Not one answer the same. I’m still confused didn’t receive car or service?

My experience here at Avis was the best experience from the rental car company that I ever had. I've been with them now for more than 3 months. And I don't plan ongoing anywhere else. Ever. Troy is the best and also The other woman I forgot her name but she is pretty And very nice. Great company.

Car was fine. The service was fine. I have always brought the car back full. I buy gas to fill the car, and yet ever time i drive less than 75 miles (which is a bargain for you) i get charged $16 for not filling the car. This happens every time. There is not always an attendant on site when i return early in the morning. This time i drove 36.6 miles @ average 25.8 mpg and put 2.04 gallons of gas into the car. That means i should have driven 51.6 miles, so the tank was short when i got it. STOP IT.
