Outstanding experience renting from Omer. I had the car for a full week and everything exceeded expectations. The vehicle was spotless, perfectly maintained, and drove flawlessly. Omer was extremely professional, reliable, and quick to respond, making the entire process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Pickup and return were seamless. This was one of the best car rental experiences I’ve had — highly recommended without hesitation. I would absolutely rent from him again.

Absolute fantastic service from start to finish all around. I was looking all around for a AWD rental with numerous big name companies and nobody had anything readily available , But these guys did. I appreciate the professionalism and the willingness and want to help me in a tight time crunch. If you need a rental these guys are your go to spot ! I was not satisfied with my experience at Avis Car Rental, 10705 West Colfax Avenue C3, Lakewood, CO 80215, USA. I arrived on time to pick up my vehicle. I made my reservation thru Costco. I arrived and was told there was no car for me there. I expressed how I absolutely needed a car and was confused as to why I was allowed to book a reservation and perplexed at the face that nobody contacted me in advance to inform me of this. As time went on, the man at the counter (did not get his name), suddenly says he can hook me up with a mini van for a deal. I told him I did not want a mini van and I started pointing out multiple SUVs in the lot that would fit my needs. He then said he could rent me this GMC SUV, but then it was not avaliable. We had such a great experience renting from Omar here! He was very accommodating, patient, and kind. The van we rented was perfect for what we needed! Would highly recommend!

We placed a reservation this morning. Ubered to this place couple hours later for him to tell us he doesn't have a car for us. Why on EARTH would we be allowed to reserve a car, get our confirmation and then to be told they don't have a car. Avis is a multi billion dollar corporation, we live in a world with Ai, advanced technology- how on earth do you not have a system that tells you immediately that there's no cars available. I just wasted money ubering to this place, this derails all of our plans, driving out 2 hours. And now we have to uber to another place. This was unbelievable frustrating. So, if you place an order - please call to confirm they have the car so you are not wasting your time
