They offered me best car for my reservation. The new management is giving exceptional service. The prices here are cheaper than newark airport and this location was just 6 miles from Newark airport. My car was clean and in very good condition. Definitely going back for my next rental

Good prices, good availability. Been using this particular rental agency (booking through Working Advantage or Priceline) for several months when my car needs service. Easy to work with and in a convenient location.

Sri was very helpful and patient helping us when we picked up car. We initially had an issue with age and cleanliness of the car offered to us but after voicing our concerns he offered to upgrade us from compact to a much newer intermediate SUV. He also was helpful giving suggestions on places to visit. We were late returning car and upon calling we asked and he was willing to wait 1/2 hour after closing. He didn’t charge us for extra day even though we returned the car quite a few hours late. This was very much appreciated as we were rushing to get to airport. I definitely recommend this car rental location.

I had an excellent experience picking up my car from Avis thanks to Shri and Paul. They were both amazing and provided outstanding service from start to finish. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, making the whole process a breeze. I would absolutely recommend this location to my friends and family. 10 out of 10!

Great customer service. Easy pickup, and drop off. Cars were well maintained, clean. Definitely will be coming back here.
