The owner, is fantastic. Easy in and out and accommodating!

I want to start this review by saying that the ONLY reason I gave this Avis car rental center a one-star review is that zero stars and "negative stars" aren't an option. 1) Customer Service- was atrocious. The receptionist was one of the rudest people I've ever met, from interrupting to yelling at me. While trying to discuss my bill with them, they TOLD me to 'Get out of line; other customers are waiting". Apparently, I was no longer a customer even though I had just paid over $1,000 for a vehicle rental. 2) After I had checked my vehicle in, I was informed I was late and an additional day would be charged. I said fine, then I'll keep the car for another day. I was then told the check-in was complete, and I could not keep the vehicle. 3) I am an Avis Preferred Plus member, and the recep

I didn't rent a car here. Actually I stopped in to pick up a package. Turned out it was the next door neighbor where I needed to go. However the clerk was extremely friendly and kind.

I’ve rented dozens of vehicles from this location and hundreds elsewhere - Amy is honestly the best person in the business. I’ve never had an issue with a rental and Amy/Kandi have become friends based on the service they provide.

Amy is awesome! I have been renting with cars from her for years! She is friendly, professional and always has clean cars available!
