Horrible service and no car available post reservation when you reach there. A preferred member with >10 rentals a year, I reserved a 4 week rental online and started to drive to this location (20 min away from house). I didn’t pickup any call since I was driving and when there he just shrugs his shoulders saying I called you that I don’t have car and told me to reserve one online at airport. I asked if he can please help me change it to airport as pickup so I head there and he said “You can do it yourself”. That’s when I asked him if airport reservations online are correct for car inventory then why was his store wrong in inventory. I did not like the service I got from Mr. Michael. I’m a member of Avis it’s not my first time renting through Avis. I picked up my rental car on Thursday December 18th. I thought it would be a smooth check-in, but nope, it wasn’t. I booked the car under my account, but I paid with my spouse's card. My spouse came in with me we showed both IDs. Michael said I booked wrong and I was committing fraud because I used my spouse's card to book. My spouse and I both said, "How so?" when the system let us book it. He was like by law you can’t do that. We both like it shouldn’t matter because it’s paid for and he approved. He goes and changes my account to my spouse's name, so he made me the second driver. I kept telling him my card is on file and I don’t have it on there to pay. He then charged my
