Avis Car Rental

Don't rent with these people they are rude and above everyone. I am getting the fcc to investigate the operation of this store and their rude employees to disabled customers since they handle they can't be touched let's see what the government fcc says with the proof I have about the store and employees since you think being a franchise let's you treat customers especially disabled customers how you want. If you have had any problems with them contact the federal trade commission so they can do their job . I have every form harassing.no managaeey or employeeis supposedto be calling a customer personal phone .it's harassing and borderline creepy and I have emailed everything to the ceo of the actual company with harassing texts.

I reserved a car 2 weeks prior to our rental, confirmed the reservation several days before our designated pickup date only to drive 45 minutes one way to a rude and uncourteous lady behind the desk who declared that "because we were an hour late" (8:30am. They open at 7:30) she "had to give my car away". Im sorry, but that wont work friends. I gladly took my business to Enterprise in Wetumpka and had a great experience. Avis: close this branch or re-staff it. You are losing customers quickly because of the uncivilized and unprofessional acts and attitude of your angry employees. I for one wont be back there.

I would never rent from them. Larry Puckett sent me here for a rental car. No staff in the store, called the emergency number and store manager is extremely argumentative, raising her voice, telling me I’m wrong they have not been gone that long to pick up cars in Montgomery. I have been standing outside for 45 minutes, the other patrons here have been here over and hour. I would not recommend.

They will wait until last minute to tell you there is no cars available after getting confirmation. It’s lazy employees that don’t updated information when the cars get booked. Third party or directly through. Ask me how I know. Instead of the lady apologizing when I got on the phone, on why they didn’t have the information updated she blamed everyone else carelessly. I do not recommend.

Very unprofessional, I was there on time, after a reservation I made a week ahead. I was promptly asked why was I there? We have no cars! I told them I would have a seat and wait, and they said none were expected back! I then went to MGM airport and got one from HERTZ, they beat the price, and were very nice. AVIS doesn't understand the meaning of RESERVATION!! It holds the car for you! They gave mine out! I will never use AVIS again under any circumstances.
