Avis Car Rental

We've been using this Avis location for a while, and the service is reliably no fuss. There are no hidden charges, unnecessary questions, or attitudes—you just rent it and return it efficiently. ​We've interacted with three different staff members over the years. They consistently go out of their way to help you with anything you need, providing truly excellent service. ​Overall, this is a highly recommended location for straightforward, efficient, and honest car rental service.

Very helpful customer service. Someone had hit my rental’s mirror on the street which made it detached. I rented from a different location and they immediately allowed me to change into a car on the lot seamlessly

The employee gave us a partially empty tank and told us incorrectly that we should fill it up and Avis will reimburse us. On dropping off the car we were informed that was not Avis’s policy and that we wouldn’t get back our $35. They had the audacity to say that at best I would get back $10. Not only was I inconvenienced by being given a car with a partially empty tank, I was stolen from. I highly recommend not using this center as they are not aware of company policy. Secondly, they gave us a dirty car and when I pointed it out the employee actually blamed me for dirtying it. Lovely service!

My husband booked a 3 day rental for a business trip. He was there at 7:30 am to avoid being late for work. He was assigned this vehicle. It was filthy. Obviously, not cleaned since the last rental. There were cups & bottles in the back seat and trunk. The vehicle reeked of cigarette smoke or something else. To add insult to injury, it had 1/2 a tank of gas. I reported it on the 800 line. I was told to call the local branch. Guess what, the phone would ring x 4 then go to the 800 #. So much for Presidential club status!

On June 9, 2025, I encountered an unpleasant experience with an Avis employee named Andre. His demeanor was notably rude, which made the process of renting a vehicle extremely uncomfortable. He publicly announced my personal information, causing embarrassment and frustration. During our interaction, he instructed me to take a photo of the car's mileage, but his tone was disrespectful, filled with unkind comments that were unnecessary. His behavior not only insulted me but also created an overall negative atmosphere. It was clear that his conduct was unprofessional and did not align with the standards one would expect from a customer service representative.
