Princeton Audi-VW Service Center

Never in my life have I experienced such negligence, incompetence, and blatant disregard for customers. 2024 Q4 55 etron. Originally had an appointment scheduled for Dec 12th, I came in 10 minutes early as it's a 30 minute drive from my house. Still waited 30 minutes before anyone spoke with me... despite the woman behind the desk, Donna, and people in the break room were sipping coffee and having a laugh. Finally, she speaks with me, tells me I need to wait. I said OK. Then one of the service advisors comes out and says "yeah, the issues you listed are going the require the car to be here for some time and you'll need a loaner...and we don't have any." Excuse me, what???? This tells me that no one even bothered to review my service request prior to me arriving there. Ridiculous!! Then,

Very similar to a lot of the recent reviews on here, please avoid getting service or buying a car here. After they get your money they simply don't care about you. I bought my car a month ago and I had an accident in the snow. I purchased a tire and wheel warranty for several thousand dollars and I called on a Saturday morning, and they simply ignored me and never called me back. As soon as they know it was a warranty they didn't care. Finally I called them again on Wednesday afternoon, they claimed they never got the message and since they were closed for the holiday, they couldn't see me until 4 days later. I had to drive around with my messed up car, making it worse and it ended up being 3500 worth of damage because they couldn't get me a loaner car. They finally got me in the loaner ca

Disappointing experience with the service center of Audi of Princeton. My car has been sitting on their lot for 2 days and nobody has even looked at it. Our appointment was for Tuesday at 8 am. George, the service rep, is good at giving empty promises and the service manager has a million excuses, but zero solutions. I will take my business someplace else, but in the meantime, Audi of Princeton service center is in need of a leader who will build this place up, rather than bring it down. My advice to everyone: stay away. Nothing good happening there.

Very professional, knowledgeable people. I'd like to mention Brian Cordero. Found the space / waiting area great as I was able to get a lot of office done while getting my vehicle serviced.

Honestly the worst service center I have ever dealt with. No one calls you to update you. No one returns your calls. When you finally get someone on your phone (who isn’t even your advisor) they tell you wrong information. They give you a phone number to text or call directly with questions and no one answers. I’ve never worked with a center this terrible with communication. Do not recommend I will be switching service centers.
