Always pleasant customer service always greeted with a smile and courtesy and honesty. They also thoroughly explain the issue. I’m the kind of person that these things repeated and they are very patient with me and make sure I understand. The prices are very reasonable. They get the job done right and in a timely fashion. I highly recommend them & they are Number One on my list!!

I’ve been to this Mavis location twice now, and both times I’ve had really great experiences. Everyone I spoke with about my car was helpful and easy to talk to. I never felt like anyone was trying to take advantage of me, and they took the time to explain things in a way I could actually understand. I really appreciate the work they do here.

This Mavis Discount tire is one of my favorites to go to. The crew is friendly and knowledgeable. I have had my oil changed, my brakes done, and bought new tires from this location. I like that there are little touches of fun added like the Tire Snowman sculpture. Shows teamwork and commodore.

Excellent experience at the Mavis Discount Tire in Princeton. I had my tires replaced on my EV, and the staff was very knowledgeable about electric vehicles and their specific tire requirements. Mr.James was especially helpful—professional, honest, and great at explaining my options. The car was handled with care, the work was done efficiently(turn around is less than 12 hours on the weekend), and there was no unnecessary upselling. Fair pricing and great service. Highly recommend this location.
