Avis Car Rental

We’ve had a fantastic experience working with this Avis location! We rent from them almost 2-3 times monthly. Ahmed is wonderful...he always takes great care of us. Most recently, he made sure we had a proper larger vehicle for our 8 passengers and all our expo items for four days. Highly recommend this location and especially Ahmed! This location keeps their cares immaculate, clean, without damage and looking great for customers! Thank you!

Ahmad had excellent customer service and was extremely helpful in getting my rental situated. He even helped me carry my bags and show me exactly where my car was. I choose this budget because of his hospitality and professionalism.

When the check engine light came on in my car—while I had family visiting from out of town the Sunday before Thanksgiving—I was in a tough spot. Fortunately, Ahmad at Budget was incredibly helpful. He went out of his way to make the entire process easy, clearly explained my options, and made sure I left with exactly what I needed - he even stayed after regular hours to help me out! His professionalism, patience, and customer-focused approach made a real difference. I’d gladly work with him again and highly recommend him to anyone renting from Budget. A huge help during the holidays!

They over book their cars when they know they will not have one available and refund takes 7 business days, This has to be theft in a way or false advertisement. Thought things would have went better paying up front but you can’t trust everyone. Don’t not book with this location unless you want them to just hold your money for 7 days also staff very unprofessional and likes to hang up on you for making sure your making the right decision when things go bad on their end, never rush into something when it don’t make sense. Car was supposed to be available 10am for 3 days paid up front they call say car will have a 2 hr delay on pickup due to not having one, calls back at that time to say they don’t have any in stock so now they will hold my hard earned money for seven days and I receive noth

Booked a car for pick up at 8am and had to wait 4 hours before a rental car was ready. They kept saying they would call when the car was ready. We just showed up at 12 noon and they magically had a car ready. That put us 4 hours behind on our trip. Then we couldn’t even get a rental car because we were paying with a debit card and they do credit checks if you pay with a debit card.
