Great experience at Avis! Sahil and Jay were professional, friendly, and made the entire rental process smooth and hassle-free. Everything was handled efficiently from start to finish. Really appreciate their excellent customer service.

Friendly people but don't be fooled. Still trying to get my payment resolved. They billed me $128 more than what was quoted. Local office said the lower amount would be granted at return. Nope, the local office can't adjust pricing. Found that out when i returned it and talked to a different person. So the first guy lied to me. Nothing but lies and bad communication from the start. Our vehicle should not have even been on the road either. The front left wheel was pushed back over a full inch from the other side. Bent structural damage too. This vehicle had been in a serious accident and they still tried giving it to me. Both tires looked good on the outside. Just happened to park the vehicle with tires turned. Good thing I did. We had to wait nearly 30 minutes to rent our car. Why 5 stars? We showed up 5 minutes before the scheduled opening time and were 4th in line. Not only did the lone clerk open early on a Sunday morning, but expediently managed the customers seeking cars. In that time, a car return was also processed and a car washed to prepare it for rental. Despite the speed and intensity of service, the clerk was consistently pleasant and business like. Great service even with an understandable wait.

Came here last minute rental as my car broke down. Very accommodating with a large selection. Will use again. In and out in less than 10 minutes

This place is a joke. I made a reservation 2 weeks in advance with a special request for bucket seats in the back. They told me to call back 2-3 days before the pick up so they can insure they find the request. Upon calling back 2 days before pick up, I have no reservation for a vehicle and they say the vehicle I wanted is not available. Two days before pick up! I would highly recommend not renting from this place!
