Very fast in and out service, friendly staff, and available vehicle per reservation. The car I rented has minor wear, was fueled, and is very up to date!

I use to rent from this place all the time because I knew it was a family business and I thought the two young ladies I always seen in there was friendly. When I encounter issues I felt it was out of their control. Well the last time I rented from them I was charge a cleaning fee saying the vehicle was extremely dirty and smelled like smoke; which was crazy because I don’t smoke. I ended up disputing it and got my money back because they had no pics to prove it. This was years ago, well I figured they had to get better by now, so I reserved a vehicle for today about a week ago. When they gave me the first car 3 of the 4 tires looked like they was bald and the car was real dirty with all type of lil X marks on it for damages I guess. Called up this car rental store and CJ was very professional and kind. I told her that Enterprise had canceled my reservation without informing me and she was able to accommodate me. The same day.
