Avis Car Rental

I had an excellent experience with Avis in Titusville. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made the entire process simple from start to finish. The car was clean, ready on time, and exactly what I reserved. Returning the vehicle was just as easy. Easily one of the best rental experiences I’ve had — highly recommend this location.

I had a pleasant experience at this Avis location. I recommend that you book your rental in advance through the Avis app or website. Have your credit card info already on your reservation. It will make the process much more seamless. Even if you have Avis Preferred, you will still have to go to the counter for pickup and drop off since this is not a larger location like the airport. The car was clean when I received it but it was out of wiper fluid. All of the customer service I received from the staff was very pleasant and returning the car was swift. Make sure you fill up the gas tank before returning the car because they will charge $10 per gallon. It is a convenience for the next customer since they do not have a lot of staff here. Our experience with this location has been a crazy one... rented a vehicle this morning and had to turn around and give it back because of a back tire sounding bad.. had to show the guy the back tire was showing wires...he gave a different vehicle...drove it for the day, was heading back to the truck stop where our truck was located, and this vehicles front driver side tire went flat on the side of the interstate just miles from our location... customer service was excellent even tho..just a heads up, check the tires for wear and tear before you drive off the lot!! 😂

This place is the actual worst. the car was trash and custom serice was worse. I rented an "Elite SUV". They gave me a beat up old Ford Explorer. The guy walks me to the back hands me the keys, at arms length (guess he thought I had cooties), points to the car then disappears. I had call him back outside to insist on a walk around since the vehicle clearly had damage. He says it's fien it's already in the record and I anyway I just take pictures of the damage, them disappears.

AVIS is always on point!! Excellent service, knowledgeable and fast! I only go there for my rentals. They've saved my family many times.
