Avis Car Rental

this Avis location has been amazing! The associate was quick to answer the phone and has been incredibly helpful, especially when I was having trouble reaching the second location due to a phone issue. The professionalism and willingness to assist really stood out. I truly appreciate the great customer service!

I tried to give 0, but I couldn't find it. If I had to find it, I WOULD give 0 without any hesitation. The lady in the office acted like a police officer. Very bad behavior.It was very terrible. I have never experienced such bad behavior before. She didn't want to accept my corporate ID card, which I used for many rentals before. So many times, she cut my speech. Someone told her how to behave to a customer. We are human, so we can understand each other by speaking but she is something different. I have experienced a bad rental car story before, in which the car stopped in the middle of the road, and the agent did not want to replace it. I drove that car all the way to the airport and eventually replaced it. It was the same company which is AVIS. I won't rent a car from Avis again. She may

Rented cars on several occasions at this Avis subsidiary. There were always issues during what normally should be a quick checkout. E.g. unable to add a second driver, unexpected high additional charges, location unavailable via phone, declined corporate account that is accepted at any airport rental counter. If you have other options, use them. Won't bother to return to this run-down location.

If I can give a 0 I would,the lady on the counter acted like we are criminals,who ever owns the business you should hire someone who knows how to communicate with their customers if not you guys are going out of business soon because I am going to do my part by sharing my experience with friends,family and my community group.Someone please teach that women how to talk,she acts so bossy.Good luck to anyone going there to rent a car.To the owner you just lost a good customer who rents cars frequently for trips and we rent cars on weekly not few days.So so disappointed

I've had a great experience, booked my vehicle online. My car was ready when I arrived. I had to rebook for a few extra days. They let me keep my same car. Even when I came back with a car issue. Very very accommodating, very helpful. No issues at all
