I got a new Bronco today and wanted to leave a great review for Avis Car Sales. Fred Ford handled sales and TJ took care of finance. Pricing was wholesale, not a sales line. This dealer sells prior rental cars, and the process was calm and easy. I told them what I wanted and was done within 90 mins. Every part was clear and the deal moved fast. Five stars all day. TY !
Chrissy, Fred, and TJ were fabulous! Avis is wholesale so the prices already as low as it can go which meant no haggling over price. Suggestions on added warranties and other products were made but there was no pressure to purchase any of these. Chrissy also showed me a much closer location where I could drop off my rental and was kind enough to bring me back to the dealership so that I could pick up my own vehicle and not spend money on an Uber or Lyft. I love my Nissan Rogue. It was a great price with low mileage. Definitely not your typical dealership experience. I will definitely be recommending Avis car sales to friends and family!
Booked a same day test drive with Tim and walked out with my new car! Tim was so helpful and answered all of my questions. Great office environment as well. Everyone was friendly and I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision. So glad to purchase my second car with Avis!!
I had an appointment with salesperson Tim Cambron and General Manager Matt Bodnar at Avis Car Sales. I confirmed the appointment the day before and again on the day of. I even bought a bus ticket and took the entire day off work specifically to purchase the car. When I arrived, I was told someone else had just begun the buying process minutes before I got there—for the exact car I had an appointment for. No warning, no courtesy call, nothing. What makes this worse is their own customer service statement: “We want to make sure that all of our clients are treated with courtesy and respect, as well as provided all the necessary information and opportunity to have a hassle-free purchasing experience.” My experience was the complete opposite—no courtesy, no respect for my time, and certainly
